the documentation sucks

This is a fairly complicated script, so it would be nice to have some documentation on how to set it up and get it going. There is a 21 page manual, but it spends all its time explaining esoteric tags without ever giving simple instructions on how to set up and access the script. Here is an example of a line from the documentation:
"If you are sure you know what you are doing, here are the instructions."
This appears on the first page following the table of contents. The message is: if you are not already an expert at setting up complicated scripts, then good luck, buddy, because we aren't going to help. I would like, of course, to know what to do if I am not sure what I am doing.
The documentation includes an entire chapter, chapter 4, which is titled "Getting To Know Guestwho," but the information is frustratingly useless. For instance, it never mentions how you access GuessWho on your website, but it does belabors the obvious with lines like "to add an entry click on 'Add Entry'"
On the whole I think it is probably a good program if you can figure it out, but unless you are a professional website scripter you will find the documentation frustrating.
